And Then?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

“But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you.\u00a0 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.\u00a0 For when they say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall by no means escape.\u00a0 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.\u00a0 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.\u00a0 Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.\u00a0 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night.\u00a0 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation.\u00a0 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,\u00a0 who died for us, that whether we watch or sleep, we should live together with Him.\u00a0 Therefore encourage each other and build up one another, just as you also are doing.”\u00a0 1st Thessalonians 5:1-11<\/em><\/h3>\n

It seems good to take another look at the North Korean ordeal.\u00a0 This topic had been covered a decent amount in the past and I have watched for many months the ongoings of this peace deal that was supposedly struck between the United States and North Korea.\u00a0 There have been bits of information that has slowly been coming out and enough of it to warrant another look at North Korea.<\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

While what will eventually happen, if anything, is completely hypothetical.\u00a0 The situation with North Korea could truly turn peaceful, it could turn into all out war or it could simply fizzle on like it has been for years and years to come.\u00a0 However, looking at what has actually been occurring in North Korea, some intelligence reports from the United States and\u00a0 putting emphasize on the rhetoric coming from the North Korean government, there does not appear to be peace or any hint of it.<\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

In June of 2018, there was a peace summit between North Korea’s Kim Jong-un and President Trump.\u00a0 While the world largely saw this as an actual peace deal, now it has become apparent, with bits and pieces of news, that there was never a deal requiring North Korea to get rid of all of there nuclear weapons.\u00a0 That deal was one that was perceived in the heads of the American people, never inked on paper.\u00a0 What we can see is some apparent things that did happen.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

The DMZ zone has had a lot of things going on, particularly soon after the peace summit.\u00a0 Loud speakers on both the North Korean and South Korean sides were taken down.\u00a0 Leaders of both respective countries met on more than one occasion and even top leaders of the United States made several trips.\u00a0 On one hand North Korea has not launched any more test rockets or missiles and the United States has all but stopped the drills, watering them down to a level that provides minimal insult towards North Korea.\u00a0 So certainly something happened, both sides did make some changes.\u00a0 I have pondered whether or not the summit was more about showing face than actually achieving peace for some time and now have some evidence to back up those thoughts.<\/h3>\n

The situation was very precarious back in the spring of 2018.\u00a0 North Korea was test firing missiles and the United States was threatening fire and fury.\u00a0 Very harsh rhetoric was going back and forth and both leaders are of the sort that their character would not allow their respective selves to back down.\u00a0 Both North Korea and the United States had gotten themselves in a situation in which neither of them would be able to gain the upper hand of the conflict and walk away without either total destruction or mass casualties caused from warfare.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Should the United States had attacked there was a realistic possibility that North Korea might be able to get a nuke or two through our airspace and render harsh consequences against the United States with potentially tens of thousands dead and hundreds of thousands contaminated.\u00a0 This would have immediately sent the United States into an instant economic depression and caused widespread harm.\u00a0 Worse yet, an EMP could have been set off somewhere over our country causing mass destruction and deaths of untold numbers.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Further it is quite possible that millions of people who live in Seoul, South Korea could have been killed during an immediate attack from North Korea.\u00a0 The amount of weaponry pointed towards this city that is close to the border of North Korea is impressive and very dangerous.\u00a0 Even Japan started preparations for their people to take cover, knowing that they would have a little bit of warning of an incoming missile into their country.\u00a0 For North Korea things would have been even worse.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Certainly Kim Jong-un knows that a full fledge assault from the United States would cause immediate and widespread damage.\u00a0 Truly the fire and fury comment from President Trump would have been immediately known.\u00a0 The amount of casualties in North Korea would have likely been in the millions upon millions.\u00a0 In order to neutralize the threat that North Korea would immediately pose, the very second an attack began, would require an assault upon that country that would be nonstop.\u00a0 All of the power grid, military bases, as well as technological necessities interlocked within major cities, would be taken out. \u00a0Of course this is to say nothing of the threats that China breathed regarding coming to the aid of North Korea, should the United States preemptively strike them.<\/h3>\n

In that regards, little attention was paid to the fact that China has built a superhighway towards North Korea, in order to move mass military troops.\u00a0 China also prepared for refugees by housing translators for those coming over the border.\u00a0 Further China is still building along the Sino-Korea border at a very rapid pace.\u00a0 So how well is this supposed peace between the United States and North Korea going?<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Since the summit between President Trump and Kim Jong-un I have been carefully eyeing the situation.\u00a0 I was caught off guard when President Trump suggested a meeting and then even more so when North Korean leader Kim Jong-un accepted.\u00a0 Finally when the meeting actually happened, I held some optimistic viewpoints that perhaps this would fizzle out.\u00a0 I believe that both leaders would rather show face and walk away as men, rather than cause the deaths of millions of people, with North Korea being annihilated and President Trump having to deal with whatever consequences where to that war.\u00a0 I thought that perhaps the peace summit happened so that President Trump could walk back his harsh rhetoric and move along.<\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Since then, as intelligence has been coming out regarding North Korea and their continuance in military technological advances, as well as hardening their facilities and expanding their nuclear capabilities, President Trump has been nearly silent.\u00a0 Despite the fact that report after report surfaces from time to time, in harsh contrast with the agreement that was in secret, but assumed by the American people to be total dismantling of all of North Koreas nuclear capabilities, a wrong assumption, President Trump has restrained from reigniting a war with words, one that could have the situation escalate out of control.<\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

In such an instance he would either be forced to act militarily, suffering the consequences in the public theater of opinion or allow Kim Jong-un to get the best of him, by calling his bluff and fully securing the nuclear power future of a small nation state actor.\u00a0 In order to fully assess the situation and what the future might hold, we need to look no further than intelligence and news reports regarding what has been occurring since the supposed peace deal.\u00a0 We should also take note that many leaders where optimistic regarding the peace summit, with some calling on President Trump to receive the Nobel Peace prize, while others holding a ‘wait and see’ attitude, before proceeding with a nomination.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Indeed, if President Trump proves to be successful, certainly receiving the Nobel Peace prize would be earned and deserved.\u00a0 Unfortunately, while there is talks of another meeting coming up in January or February of 2019, between both leaders, as it stands right now the evidence is the situation is not solved.\u00a0 And then what does this mean?<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

We can rightly assess that originally after the peace summit the relationship between the United States and North Korea was on better terms.\u00a0 North Korea agreed to send back the remains of our soldiers.\u00a0 North Korea also dismantled in a public manner, a nuclear test site.\u00a0 Though there were some to point out that the site that was dismantled was already decommissioned.\u00a0 Fifty five remains of our soldiers were returned, which is a very good show of measure, yet since then the talks about receiving more of the remains of our soldiers has fizzled out and there are no current plans for the United States to receive any more.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Obviously on the United States side, the large military drills in concurrence with the South Korean government, have become small and are not being largely advertised by the media.\u00a0 Yet North Korea has been largely increasing their military capability and recently they have begun to once again publicly lash out in words against the United States, this time with no threats of destruction against the United States.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

North Korea has been busily expanding their nuclear facilities, as well as adding new ones in hardened areas that would be difficult to destroy during the event of war. \u00a0\u00a0Presumably in April of 2018, North Korea was said to have about 60 nuclear weapons, with ample evidence that they also had a hydrogen bomb.\u00a0 Just how many more weapons might they have now?<\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

The tariffs, the cause of the recent rift in relations between North Korea and the United States, are not being fully upheld by China and Russia.\u00a0 Furthermore, North Korea has been using the gasification of coal process to evade the total decimation caused by the harsh crude oil import sanctions.\u00a0 North Korea recently tested out a weapon that they stated was high tech, state of the art, a game changer.<\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

While our media was quick to point that it was likely a new piece of artillery, other reports suggest that it is likely a super EMP weapon.\u00a0 This was the point of discussion back in the Lights Out article and relevant radio show.\u00a0 Since then, even a former CIA official has been pointing out how we need to prepare our infrastructure immediately in order to prevent the disastrous consequences that a well planned EMP attack could have against the United States.<\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Even the congressional intelligence commission on EMP’s, released a report that suggest that North Korea might have two satellite based super EMP weapons that could strike the United States.\u00a0 This was mentioned before as Russian intelligence told a House committee hearing years ago that they believed that North Korea was in possession of plans to build such a weapon.\u00a0 This is serious business and should not be taken lightly.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

According to official government intelligence documents, up to 90% of Americans would be dead in one year after a major EMP attack, the likes of which North Korea would be able to theoretically pull off.\u00a0 Yet I can not grasp how neither the democrats or republicans (really both!) can not figure out how to fund to have our system hardened.\u00a0 From my understanding, for around $400 billion, a good chunk of the damage caused to our electrical infrastructure could be prevented.\u00a0 While that is a big price tag, not too long ago trillion dollar stimulus bills were passed by both President Bush and President Obama.\u00a0 The threat is real, whether North Korea, China or Russia who would cause the damage, so what gives?\u00a0 This is a real point of concern regarding this.<\/h3>\n

Speaking of EMP hardening, this is preciously the intelligence coming out of North Korea.\u00a0 According to news sources, North Korea is actively engaging in a very rapid manner, the hardening of their systems to protect from an EMP attack.\u00a0 They assume that the United States (a smart assumption) would knock out their systems with an EMP attack before the fighter jets come in.\u00a0 So if North Korea were not preparing for war, why are they taking such drastic offensive and defensive actions?\u00a0 Rather why are people not talking about this and why is this not being discussed in detail?<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

So the realistic outlook is that war with North Korea could still appear.\u00a0 The threat that the United States faces regarding nuclear missiles hitting our cities or EMP’s knocking out our grid and putting us into the dark ages is very realistic.\u00a0 North Korea’s continuance in making non stop war preparations is a sure sign that peace is far from achieved.\u00a0 And then?<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Well I certainly don’t know the future more than any other person.\u00a0 Yet these facts need to be laid out in one sound article regarding the potential of mass destruction that exists against the United States.\u00a0 Will this simply be a rumor of war or will it actually go hot (Matt. 24:6)<\/em>? \u00a0\u00a0Only those behind the scenes who actual deal directly with these things would be the ones to know.\u00a0 Perhaps even they don’t know.<\/h3>\n

Could the United States be facing unforeseen destruction?\u00a0 Might our advanced way of life be our downfall when our technological foundation is destroyed?\u00a0 There is a lot of talk and rumors nowadays going on about pretty much everything.\u00a0 Yet one thing that we can be assured of is this:<\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

One day without notice the Rapture will happen and both the United States and the entire world will enter into the “time of Jacob’s trouble” (Jer. 30:7)<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0 At that time there will be destruction, the likes that the world has never seen.\u00a0 During that time, upwards of 90% of humanity will be killed and this thing is certain.\u00a0 For God has foretold our destruction, He has foretold the destruction of the world and this is sure, this is true (2 Peter <\/em>3:10<\/em>)<\/em>.\u00a0 For those who have truly repented and by faith believed into Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we can be assured that we who have our names written in the Book of Life are not appointed to wrath and will be Raptured prior (1 Thes. 5:9)<\/em>, but what about the rest?\u00a0 God has spoken and He has warned, even now there is time.<\/h3>\n

“For then there will be great affliction, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.\u00a0 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be kept safe alive; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.\u00a0 Then if anyone says to you, Look, here is the Christ; or, There; do not believe it.\u00a0 For false christs and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.\u00a0 Behold, I have told you beforehand.”\u00a0 Matthew 24:21-25<\/em><\/h3>\n

“A sound of battle is in the land, and of great destruction.\u00a0 How the hammer of the whole earth is chopped off and broken! How <\/em>Babylon<\/em> has become a desolation among the nations!\u00a0 I have laid a trap for you, and you have also been caught, O <\/em>Babylon<\/em>, and you did not even know it. You have been found and also captured, because you have fought against Jehovah.\u00a0 Jehovah has opened His armory, and has brought forth the weapons of His indignation. For this is the work of the Lord Jehovah of Hosts in the land of the Chaldeans.\u00a0 Come against her from the border; open her storehouses; cast her up as heaps, and destroy her completely. “In the first year of Belshazzar, king of <\/em>Babylon<\/em>, Daniel saw a dream and visions of his head on his bed. Then he wrote down the dream, telling the main points.\u00a0 Daniel spoke and said, In my vision by night I was looking. And, behold, the four winds of the heavens were stirring up the <\/em>Great<\/em> Sea<\/em>.\u00a0 And four great beasts came up from the sea, different from one another.\u00a0 The first was like a lion and had eagle’s wings. I watched until its wings were plucked off. And it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on two feet like a man, and a man’s heart was given to it.\u00a0 And, behold, another beast, a second, like a bear. And it was raised up on one side, and three ribs were in its mouth between its teeth. And they said this to it, Rise up, devour much flesh.\u00a0 After this I was looking, and, behold, another like a leopard, and it had four wings of a bird on its back. And also the beast had four heads. And dominion was given to it.\u00a0 And after this I was looking in the night visions. And, behold, the fourth beast was frightening and terrifying, and very strong! And it had great iron teeth. It devoured, and broke in pieces, and stamped what was left with its feet. And it was different from all the beasts before it; and it had ten horns.\u00a0 I was contemplating the horns. And behold, another little horn came up among them, and three of the first horns were uprooted before it. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things.\u00a0 I watched until the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of Days sat, whose robe was white as snow and the hair of His head like pure wool. His throne was like flames of fire, its wheels like burning fire.\u00a0 A stream of fire went out and came out from before Him. A thousand thousands served Him, and a vast innumerable number stood before Him. The judgment was set and the books were opened.\u00a0 Then I was watching because of the voice of the great words which the horn spoke. I was watching until the beast was killed, and his body was destroyed and given to the burning flame.\u00a0 As for the rest of the beasts, their dominion was taken away. Yet their lives were prolonged for a season and a time.\u00a0 I saw in the night visions. And behold, one like the Son of Man came with the clouds of the heavens. And He came to the Ancient of Days. And they brought Him near before Him.\u00a0 And dominion was given to Him, and glory, and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion which shall not pass away, and His kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.\u00a0 I, Daniel, was distressed in my spirit within my body, and the visions of my head troubled me.\u00a0 And I came near one of those who stood by and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me and made me know the interpretation of the things.\u00a0 These great beasts which are four, are four kings which shall rise up out of the earth.\u00a0 But the saints of the Most High shall receive the kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever.\u00a0 Then I wanted to know the truth of the fourth beast, which was different from all of the others, very frightening, with its teeth of iron and its nails of bronze; which devoured and broke in pieces, and trampled what was left with its feet,\u00a0 also of the ten horns that were on its head, and the other which came up, and before whom three fell, even that horn that had eyes, and a mouth speaking great things, whose appearance was greater than his fellows.\u00a0 I was watching, and the same horn made war with the saints and prevailed against them,\u00a0 until the Ancient of Days came. And judgment was given to the saints of the Most High, and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.\u00a0 And he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all other kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall trample it down and break it in pieces.\u00a0 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings; they shall rise, and another shall rise after them. And he shall be different from the first, and he shall abase three kings.\u00a0 And he shall speak words against the Most High, and shall continually harass the saints of the Most High. And he shall intend to change times and law. And they shall be given into his hand for a period of a time and times and one half time.\u00a0 But the court shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy until the end.\u00a0 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heavens shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. And all dominions shall serve and obey Him.\u00a0 Thus far is the end of the matter. As for me, Daniel, my thoughts terrified me much, and my countenance changed in me. But I kept the matter in my heart.”\u00a0 Daniel 7<\/em><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Why not accept the free gift of Salvation (Eph. 2:8-9)<\/em>?\u00a0 Why not repent and by faith accept Christ (Acts <\/em>20:21<\/em>)<\/em>?\u00a0 For the Judgment to come upon the earth is due to sin (Rev. 18:6)<\/em>, that mankind refuses to repent from (Rev. 16:11)<\/em>.\u00a0 Will you still refuse to repent towards God and have faith in Jesus Christ?\u00a0 \u00a0And then?<\/h3>\n

“And when they had come to him, he said to them: You know, from the first day that I came to Asia, in what manner I lived among you all the time, serving the Lord with all humility, with many tears and trials which happened to me by the plotting of the Jews; how I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house, testifying both to Jews, and also to Greeks, repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.”\u00a0 Acts 20:18-21<\/em><\/h3>\n

“And the devil, who led them astray, was cast into the <\/em>Lake<\/em> of <\/em>Fire<\/em> and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.\u00a0 And I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heavens fled away. And there was found no place for them.\u00a0 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God. And books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, out of the things which were written in the books.\u00a0 And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one, according to their works.\u00a0 And Death and Hades were cast into the <\/em>Lake<\/em> of <\/em>Fire<\/em>. This is the second death.\u00a0 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the <\/em>Lake<\/em> of <\/em>Fire<\/em>.”\u00a0 Revelation 20:11-15<\/em><\/h3>\n
