Angels created when?

“Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.  Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?  Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy.”  Job 38:4-7

There is no Scripture that tells us directly when they were Created, but it would seem logical if they were shouting for joy that there were probably not Created at the very instance that the world was Created.

Exodus 20:11 only speaks of the heavens in regards to the atmosphere, outer space, not where God resides with the hosts.  (1st Kings 22:19)

Likely I would agree with my buddy who states that the angels are not to be for our devotion, therefore Scripture does not directly tell us.  (Rev. 19:10; 22:9, 1 Tim. 4:1, Col. 2:18).
