The Night Is Far Spent (Article One)

TITLE: THE NIGHT IS FAR SPENT ARTICLE: VOLUME ONE “The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.” Romans 13:12. INTRODUCTION: If an individual truly loves someone, they will desire not to want to hurt them. This love can only be sincere by individuals willing to speak the truth to build a lasting friendship. If such individuals are eager, to tell the truth, it is possible to desire a genuine friendship with such a company. Therefore, let’s talk about truth and not deceit, as this article seeks friendship with those who desperately need truth. I pray that whoever is reading this article (Article One) is willing to consider the contexts herein. This article will inform readers of one purpose. That purpose is to provide ABSOLUTE TRUTH. The truth one needs is to be given is the Gospel Message of Jesus Christ. The day is at hand; many will perish, simply because “THEY” who refused to listen with open ears will spend an eternity in God’s judgment for refusing to submit to God’s teachings, which He gave to humanity generations ago. The Holy Scriptures, the Bible, is indeed the ABSOLUTE TRUTH provided to humanity to understand how the beginning started (Genesis) and how humankind’s ending will play out in the final days (Revelation). CHAPTER ONE Earth, Space, Reproductive Systems, Man’s Increased Knowledge, & A Tidbit Of Thought Many so-called modern-day skeptics of Christianity claim to have a so-called vast knowledge of how life’s origins started. These same skeptics refuse even to...

A Day’s Wages

“And when He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, Come and see. So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand.  And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.”  Revelation 6:5-6   “And when he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard.”  Matthew 20:2   There are many places in the world where men will work for daily food and the most basic housing.  Oftentimes there simply is not enough money to provide adequate nutrition, education, clothing and suitable housing.  Yet in many countries the opposite is true.    While there are many who complain about the unfairness of the world economic system, in many countries adequate food can be obtained, as well as a better quality of the necessities that each individual desires.  Then there are countries like the United States, large portions of Europe, portions of Asia, Australia and Canada where food only becomes a lack of choice, due to finances, not a lack of availability.    As an American, understanding the system well, the focus will be with the United States in mind regarding this prophecy that will be fulfilled during the “time of Jacob’s trouble” (Jer. 30:7), which will begin after the Rapture (1 Thes. 4:16-17).    Reflecting about the global pandemic, as well as now a rumor...

Intolerance Towards God

“For the wrath of God is revealed from Heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is clearly recognized by them, for God has revealed it to them.  For ever since the creation of the world the unseen things of Him are clearly perceived, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they know God, they do not glorify Him as God, nor are thankful, but become vain in their reasonings, and their stupid hearts are darkened.  Professing to be wise, they become foolish, and change the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man, and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.  Therefore God also gives them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who change the truth of God into the lie, and fear and serve the created things more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.  For this reason God gives them up to vile passions. For even their women change the natural use for what is contrary to nature.  Likewise also the men, abandoning the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men with men performing what is shameful, and receiving the retribution within themselves, the penalty which is fitting for their error.  And even as they do not like to have God in their full true knowledge, God gives them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things...

We All Die

“And as it is appointed for men to die once, and after this the judgment, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, without sin, unto salvation.”  Hebrews 9:27-28   “And many of those sleeping in the earth’s dust shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to reproach and everlasting abhorrence.”  Daniel 12:2   “And I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heavens fled away. And there was found no place for them.  And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God. And books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, out of the things which were written in the books.  And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one, according to their works.  And Death and Hades were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death.  And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the Lake of Fire.”  Revelation 20:11-15   One can make many observations, especially as one gets older in regards to the consequences of sin.  Many reflections can an individual have on his or her life, let alone see the scars of sin on our society in general.    The other day I stopped at a roadside park with a nice...

Be Vigilant

“Watch, stand fast in the faith, be like men, be strong.”  1st Corinthians 16:13   “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”  1st Peter 5:8   vigilant   Watchful; circumspect; attentive to discover and avoid danger or to provide for safety; wary.   Webster’s Universities Dictionary of the English Language, 1942   This article is written with a perspective for those who believe in God, but yet have not repented (Ac. 17:30-31) and by faith believed into Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (Ro. 10:8-10), as well as those who are truly Christians.  For many of the first category they will assume that they are Believers, but they are deceived (Ac. 4:12).   I have a keen interest in the world we live in and enjoy getting some perspectives on day to day life in other parts of the world.  The other day I managed to find a series of documentaries on road conditions throughout a variety of places around the world, dangerous roads.    Over the course of a few days I had watched a glimpse of life in Nepal, Peru, Madagascar and the Colombian/Venezuelan border.  Throughout the documentary, these people who would accept rides on a bus, a jeep or whatever vehicle was available for hire, there was a sliver of reality into their daily lives.  There was also some similarities, even though these areas of the world are in the fringes of their respective countries, as well as thousands of miles apart.   For one, just like the current so-called protests in...
