Perhaps to become a student of history, one would really be a student of historical lies. Many people have quoted that the winners write history and indeed it is true, but also the conquerors control the writings of men. What happens when all of the books that someone reads are approved by the ‘winners’ or ‘conquerors’. “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.
