Transhumanist

“But you, O Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book, to the time of the end. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.”  Daniel 12:4

 

In particular, this is probably one of the bit more difficult topics to write about.  Transhumanism is certainly not something that I had kept up with and certainly not something I would continuously follow, but this is an issue that must be addressed and looked at in relation to God’s Word the Bible, so that the light of His truth might shine upon these things that are quickly happening behind the scenes with very powerful individuals in charge, rich and trying to often achieve their own immorality, invincibility and eternal life, apart and separate from their Creator.

 

So for the purpose of this article, let’s define transhumanism as abilities given to mankind that are far superior than what God had designed, as well as the attempt to create a body to replace this one that God has designed to only walk on this earth for so long (Hebrews 9:27), as well as a way that man is devising to think to take their spirit and soul, uploading it for all eternity, as if these things are contained in the brain (memories, knowledge, etc.) (Genesis 2:7, 9:4; Leviticus 17:11). 

 

Finally we will address this issue of whether or not the Antichrist will be a transhumanist or not.  Is this possible?  What does the Bible say about such an idea that is amongst those who resist the transhumanist movement, supposedly behind the ‘shield’ of the Christian faith, but certainly the Bible must have an answer to these real modern day issues that are coming quicker than you can ask an AI assistant to read and explain every language in the world.   😀

 

In order to get a background, I simply found a book from a trusted author that I was aware of, surprisingly a harder than normal feat.  For those who are unaware, the censorship of knowledge (i.e. books) is happening at a breakneck speed behind the scenes. 

 

(Let me digress for a moment here and simply add this tidbit.  I wanted a book by a certain author, in fact a history book of 4 volumes written around 85 years ago.  This well-known author and well-known works should be readily available and indeed I found a couple of sellers (plain individuals) on ebay for the mid-60’s in dollars, of which I bought a great looking used set.  However on the usual resource that I use to purchase some material their prices were a low of $1,200 to a high of $5,000 for the EXACT same thing (perhaps shipped with gold paper?)).

 

The book was certainly an eye-opener, I had read up on such things about 15 years prior, but never kept up on the subject.  So let’s start off talking about ‘superhuman’ powers.

 

Our modern day entertainment culture is currently and has been promoting technologies that allow for the enhancement of the God-given human abilities to a point that it becomes ‘superhuman’ for quite some time. 

 

I do not keep up on the latest movies and haven’t watched a ‘new release’ in quite a few years now and have no intention on doing so.  Behind the scenes though there are human enhancements being worked on.  Where does one draw the line?

 

A hearing aid in and of itself is a human enhancement that allows an individual to use a piece of technological machinery in order to be able to increase their ability to hear above what their normal threshold currently is.  As I stand before God and will indeed stand before Christ as the Judgment Seat (2 Corinthians 5:10), I do not see anything wrong with the use of such technology.

 

Just as I would not see anything wrong with the use of a pair of binoculars to enhance my viewing capabilities while looking out for agents (  😎 ) or I mean wildlife viewing or simply watching a severe thunderstorm rolling across the prairie, looking for possible tornadic activity.  (I do volunteer for the NWS as a storm spotter.)

 

Yet there are men out there amongst us that desire strongly to figure out how to place a microchip in their brain and upload ‘themselves’ to a computer, keeping it updated.  In this cloud they imagine that they will be able to one day, when their body dies, continue on through this cloud computing network, where their ‘mind’ will have been uploaded.  Then they will be given a robotic body, so that they can continue their life here on earth or in the cosmos.  So for these people working on these systems, let us address those in a moment, and for a brief mention, let’s take a look at some of the other more basic technologies that are going on behind the scenes.

 

DARPA, part of the development for military advancement of the United States military, obviously has a keen interest in such technologies to allow soldiers the ability to have superhuman abilities.  Now some would think that this would ‘evolve’ to a different race and while there are certain creepy aspects of that, I will make more of a brief mention here in a bit, regarding that aspect.

 

It would not be a stretch of the imagination, that any country that could implant a microchip into the brains of their soldiers and say download ‘matrix style’ martial art skills (interesting enough, the muscles wouldn’t be trained), foreign language or military plans would be useful.  In fact there would be a merging here of advanced artificial intelligence and transhumanism.  

 

How about an individual with ‘x-ray’ vision or an undercover agent who could easedrop on a conversation with ‘super ears’ a block away?  Could you imagine a ‘chipped’ soldier who only needed to sleep once a week and would not lose any strength?  How about an integrated arm that could punch through brick walls with a special glove?  Well the possibilities certainly are limitless and you could fill in the blank for endless potential, some of what was just mentioned is already fully and partially true.

 

Yet where does such things come from, could the Bible give an insight into any of this, rather than simply knowledge being increased?  Does the fact that man is pursuing these and more, including chimera, which is the merging of not only technological equipment and humans, but the mixing of species (animals & humans), giving some traits from one to the other.  This is something that is not talked about and something that I am not going to dig in deeper, but with this also looking to the Bible for some insight.

 

“And as you saw the iron mixed with the miry clay, they shall become mixed with the seed of men. But they shall not cleave to one another, even as iron does not fellowship with clay.”  Daniel 2:43

 

This will remain a mystery (1 Corinthians 2:7; Revelation 17:5) and the fullness of this will likely never be known prior to the ‘time of Jacob’s trouble’ (Jeremiah 30:7), better known as the Tribulation.  So just thinking ‘out loud’ here about what seems to have occurred prior to the Flood (Genesis 6:4), a particular instance afterwards and knowing that these things are going to happen again prior to the Rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:17), so hold on a minute and let’s see if we can’t perhaps make some sense regarding what happened and what is happening.

 

Let start with Jesus’s warning about the ‘days of Noah’. 

 

“But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”  Matthew 24:37

 

So now let’s go back to Genesis and look at what the Bible says about those days…

 

“Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were pleasing; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.  And Jehovah said, My Spirit shall not continually strive with man, for indeed it is in flesh to sin; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.  There were giants on the earth in those days. And also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them, these were the mighty men from antiquity, men of renown.  And Jehovah saw that the evil of man was great on the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all day long.  And Jehovah regretted that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved to His heart.  And Jehovah said, I will obliterate man whom I have created from off the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and flying creatures of the heavens, for I regret having made them.  But Noah found favor in the eyes of Jehovah.  These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generation. Noah walked with God.  And Noah begot three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth.  The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.  And God looked upon the earth, and behold it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth.  And God said to Noah, The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them along with the earth.”  Genesis 6:1-13

 

Now the ‘sons of God’ seem to be speaking of angelic beings (Job 38:4-7), these being the fallen ones, demons (Revelation 12:4).  They appear to have broken their abode (Jude 1:6). 

 

I think of part of the transhumanist movement that wishes to simply make ‘super humans’ as really ironically similar that what happened in the past, with the assumption that it was due to interbreeding between women and demons.  We do know that all angelic beings are male and they can take on human form (Genesis 19:1,5; Luke 1:26-35). 

 

Quite some time ago, a good friend of mine, had suggested that perhaps some of these Greek mythological stories aren’t so mythological after all, but were in the origin of them the result of what is recorded in Genesis chapter 6?  I don’t think that is so far fetched and I will tell you there was a rumor years ago during Operation Desert Storm that the government was looking for demonic DNA from remains entombed from before the Flood that were still in Iraq.  Now far fetched?  Perhaps?  But there were rumors that these sort of things would be placed into vaccines, thus created a human/demon hybrid, therefore a human that is not completely human and by definition can not be Saved.

 

Now consider the above portion of the Bible regarding Noah who was ‘perfect in his generations’ (Genesis 6:9) and consider that this could mean, a word study seems to allow this to be, that that perfection in his generations was simply meaning that his DNA and his families DNA did not get corrupted through this potential scheme of the devil to corrupt all of human DNA, thereby destroying that which God had Created.  Time and time again Satan keeps trying to stop God from fulfilling that which He has already spoken (Isaiah 14:24).  For instance trying to kill baby Jesus (Matthew 2:16) or in the end when the earth has a crack in it (Isaiah 24:19) and the battle of Armageddon is some sort of allowed Judgment (Revelation 16:12-14) against mankind in order to ‘fight’ Him who Created the heavens and the earth!  Absurd! 

 

“Do you not fear Me? says Jehovah. Will you not tremble at My presence, I who have placed the sand for the boundary of the sea by a perpetual decree, so that it cannot pass it? And though its waves toss to and fro, yet they cannot prevail; though they roar, yet they cannot pass over it?”  Jeremiah 5:22

 

Nonetheless, Satan knows that God’s Word MUST always be true and it MUST come to pass in full completion of His original intent.  For even God has provided a couple of challenges to mankind, that which man will never be able to do, but nonetheless this seems to be what Satan is doing, trying to figure out a way to prevent that which was spoken by God Almighty from coming to pass.

 

“Thus says Jehovah: If you can break My covenant of the day and My covenant of the night, so that there should not be day and night in their season,  then also may My covenant with David My servant be broken, that he should not have a son to reign on his throne, and with the Levites the priests, My ministers.   As the host of the heavens cannot be numbered, nor the sand of the sea measured, so I will multiply the seed of David My servant and the Levites who serve Me.”  Jeremiah 33:20-22

 

Now there were giants that are in the Bible (Genesis 6:4 Pre-Flood THEN 1 Chronicles 20:6 Post Flood), something that makes one scratch their head, wondering if a little bit of what happened prior to the Flood still occurred and then there are lion like ones:

 

“Benaiah was the son of Jehoiada, the son of a valiant man from Kabzeel, who had done many deeds. He had killed two from Moab that were like lions. He also had gone down and killed a lion in the midst of a pit on a snowy day.”  2nd Samuel 23:20

 

I think it is great how God provided His Word to us, one spectacular example is how it mentions the ‘two from Moab that were like lions’ and then ‘killed a lion’ so that there can be not doubt that the two who were like lions were not just lions.  Now I will add the following passage from 2nd Peter, as it seems to be a potential key to this mystery, of which it will remain that, a mystery:

 

“For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to Tartarus and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; and did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing the flood on the world of the ungodly; “  2nd Peter 2:4-5  

 

Are those demons who are in ‘chains of darkness’ and ‘reserved for judgment’ speaking of those who intermingled with the daughters of men???

 

We are not going to have all of the answers here, however a thesis is laid out as to what possibly happened.  So is mankind trying to replicate what happened prior to the Flood?  Let’s talk about the mixing with the seed of men spoken of in relation to the very last days, the time in which we live now (Daniel 2:43).

 

Now if the wickedness of men, that which made up the ‘days of Noah’ caused God to punish the world, where only Noah and his immediate family, eight souls in all (2 Peter 2:5), then if the world is on the trajectory to doing the same sort of things, with solid evidence that they already are, then does that not suggest that God is going to intervene sooner than later? 

 

For I believe that that prophecy in Daniel is talking about some sort of revival of these human-demon DNA, however it might be done.  Personally I don’t know enough to see how a ‘brain chip’ would cause that, though I would know enough to stay far away from it, with the assumption that the individual who would accept such a thing would likely never be Saved.  Still I don’t see how that would change someone’s DNA.  An implant, whether a brain microchip or a pacemaker does not change someone’s DNA, however, there are rumors, with some evidence (that is quickly being scrubbed from the internet and nearly impossible to find the original sources), that the modifying of DNA is already ongoing.  Will this make it impossible for these people to be Saved???  After all, the Bible does says that Noah was ‘perfect’ in his generations?!

 

We live in a heavily censored time period, whether or not people are aware of it.  There were these videos floating around on alternative video hosting sites with Spanish scientists investigating the mRNA COVID-19 vaccinations, with accusations, complete with video evidence from this university, of nanobots doing something, building, having been found live in the vaccinations.  Could this be, perhaps, perhaps not?  However, I believe the Bible certainly makes a case that these things could and actually will happen prior to the Rapture, so this is what appears to be taking place, whether or not vaccinations are used as the vehicle of delivery.

 

So my first argument made regarding these theories that transhumanists are going to basically corrupt human DNA with some high technology, mixing with cyborg qualities (there are supposedly ways to do this), well maybe, but it doesn’t need to be so.  In fact the numerous stories of alien abductions, particularly with women and what they proclaim happens to them, would that not be more in the realm of Genesis chapter 6, the ‘sons of God’ mixing once again with the seed of man?  We won’t have all of the answers to these things, but let’s exercise caution prayerfully, understand that there might be more reasons that our society is changing drastically than what we would regularly consider.

 

“Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.”  Matthew 10:16

 

Now the second point of the transhumanist argument, these being the proponents of transhumanism, those who have the intelligence, resources and ability to try and actually make this happen.  The reality is, they are in the process of doing it and certainly over time, their ability to meet their objectives (though I will disagree that they will actually do so, but only –think- they have done so) will be met, inotherwords, they will assume to have been successful and to a certain and creepy aspect they will, but in reality I believe that the Bible, of which they are trying to figure out a way to eternal life, absent of God, clearly proclaims that they’re, despite being rich and powerful men, nothing but folly in the eyes of the Holy One of Jacob.

 

“And Jesus answered and spoke to them again by parables and said:  The kingdom of Heaven is like a certain king who made a wedding feast for his son, and sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding feast; and they were not willing to come.   Again, he sent out other servants, saying, Tell those being invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and fatted cattle are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the wedding feast.  But they made light of it and went their ways, one to his own farm, another to his business.  And the rest seized his servants, treated them shamefully, and killed them.  But when the king heard about it, he was angry. And he sent out his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.  Then he said to his servants, The wedding feast is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy.  Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding feast.  So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both evil and good. And the wedding hall was filled with guests.  But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment.  So he said to him, Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment? And he was speechless.  And the king said to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.  For many are called, but few are chosen.”  Matthew 22:1-14

 

Jesus said… “And I give them eternal life, and they shall never ever perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.”  John 10:28

 

We are going to look at this in two different ways.  The first is simply an argument assuming that they are able to pull off their objective, of which it will be discussed a bit further.  We are going to look at the implications of that being made widely available for those who can afford it and the very creepy aspects.  For if this technology was ever available, knowing how some people react, I could see this being used in ways far more bizarre than one could ever imagine and being something that would happen VERY fast, if the price was right.

 

Secondly then comparing these ideas to the Bible to see what God’s Word says about such things and shining light in what is actually gross darkness.  Those these are rebels against their Creator, in them is no light (Matthew 6:23). 

 

So the creepy aspect first.  The idea of these people pursuing transhumanism is that they upload their mind to a computer, reuploading it from time to time.  Their thoughts, their memories, in their mind ‘who they are’ and then, with their thoughts, ‘themselves’ can be uploaded to the cloud, of which they can be given a new body, (we won’t get into them trying to steal ‘someone’ and download their mind into their body), but a machine, a robot, what have you, where they then continue to exist forever.  (Just a thought: imagine ransomware! J )

 

This is being heavily funded and sought after by some of the most influential and powerful tech people on the face of the earth.  They are pouring money and investing into the science and technological know-how to be able to do this.  In all reality, the fact that they believe they will soon be able to achieve this, one which I will not refute, screams to me that we better be watching and ready (Matthew 24:42-44).  So for the sake of the point to be made, let us assume they become successful, that a chip can be implanted into your brain, you can be connected to a computer, your memories, etc., as they say, who you are, can be uploaded and then uploaded every now and then, so that when you die (for you will die (Ecclesiastes 3:19) and even they know that) you will then no longer have your body, but a new body, that of a robot or whatever.  (Let me just add, that those who are truly in Christ, they receive new bodies (1st Corinthians 15:51-52)).

 

Now let’s assume that this technology is now a few years old and it has become attainable for the average person.  Arguably, some say that this will not happen, others believe it, but those who are working on this have suggested that it would be possibly to even ‘revive’ those who have died and then when they revive them they could ask them whether or not they want to exist again or not.  If they do, then bam, there is say Homer, if they don’t then forever they won’t.  This is not made up, this is preciously what these people are going for and the space, as well as my personal knowledge, of which I am not going to dig any deeper, fails for me to explain how they think they could do that, but nonetheless, the idea is sincerely out there by people who would be presumed to be of an extraordinary reputation.

 

So continuing, this technology is now available for sale to the general public at whatever price it might be.  Perhaps you can get uploaded and be put on a little spacecraft and explore space for all eternity?  (sarcasm)  Well, let’s look at an implication that is FAR more likely to happen, in which people would likely be very interested in and purchase at nearly any price that was possible…the replacing of loved ones.

 

All over the world there are varying cultural customs about dealing with the death of loved ones.  Some cultures believe in cremation, some in burial, some cement casket holders are above ground, others are below.  There are numerous rites and ceremonies that family and friends partake in.  Even in the United States of America, there is a wide variety of differences between the numerous sects of Christianity, as well as Jewish customs and rites, etc.  However, there is a common thread with all of them…they all miss the dead and mourn for the loved ones that are no longer there.

 

It would not be a stretch of the imagination to consider that a husband whose wife passed away would still wish for her companionship or a daughter for her mother, or a son for his father.  These are not far fetched ideas and if mankind were to offer technology that had the mind downloaded of each individual, then certainly as people are already beginning to engage with AI as their friends, mentor and in some cases even lovers, then it would not be beyond the realm of possibility, but more likely probability, that the nature of mankind would desire to keep that loved one around, even in a transhumanist or perhaps only ‘virtual’ state.  Even Isaac mourned for his mother unto he was comforted with his wife Rebekah (Genesis 24:67). 

 

Now we get into some implications that are downright scary, but also, from my standpoint, one that could cause large mental dysfunctions throughout all of society.  Here once again I remind myself of how close it seems that we are to the Rapture and how seriously we should be watching and ready (Luke 21:34).

 

Would it seem unreasonable, (I speak thinking as an average person would think, even someone who calls themselves a christian, knowing that the reality is the far vast majority of so-called christians do not actually believe God’s Word, they do not believe in literal 6 day, 24 hour Creation (Genesis 1), they do not believe in a literal worldwide Flood (Genesis 6-8), they do not believe in the coming Rapture or Tribulation, etc.) for a husband to want to be able to continue speaking to his wife?

 

For myself, I recall when my father passed away.  There is a pain that simply is there, some sort of real bad gut feeling, this mourning, this internal sorrow, that does eventually get better, but for nearly six months I was sad.  One of the biggest things, at least in my mind, was that I could no longer talk to him on the phone or in person, there was nothing else that could be said, what was said was final. 

 

Now I know that there are people who talk to the dead, whether just to clear their mind or in their conscience thinking that they can actually hear, that I do not know, but I know there are many people who do.  While it might not be something that is done more than once or twice, their inward hope, for many, is that somehow this final ‘message’ these final ‘words’ or ‘thoughts’ of that individual can be passed along to that loved person who is now dead.  While some are certainly on the extreme end, I am not necessarily criticizing those who mournfully cry and speak aloud at a gravesite after a loved ones death.

 

Enter transhumanism technology.  I had already seen a video where people who were about to die, those who knew their days were numbered, would meet with someone who would ask them tons of questions.  This would be uploaded and then a loved one, after they passed, could ask some or a question to this computer program, which would carefully select (AI?) the appropriate video answer to the listener.  Sadly, I must say that sometimes an answer can only raise more questions.  This is a touchy subject, but one where we can look towards God for a bright future, for those who have repented towards God and by faith believed into Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (Acts 20:21). 

 

This technology would morph such ‘simple’ technology.  In fact a loved one could keep a journal that would provide insight into their thoughts and answer numerous questions, these are the things that anthropologist and historians look into, nothing necessarily wrong with that.  Yet, the ability to perhaps mirror the loved one’s voice (presumably), as well as being told that this is actually the ‘core’ of the loved one poses many, many problems.

 

For there are those who practice the occult, using methods that are forbidden by God to speak to the dead  (Deuteronomy 18:10-12).  In fact God allowed Samuel to be called up from the dead by such a soothsayer (1 Samuel 28:7-19).  The idea of wanting to communicate with the loved ones who have died is not a new idea, but one that goes back throughout human history. 

 

Giving the ability for someone to be able to communicate with the supposed person, as well as continue a relationship is clearly not healthy, as well as anti-Biblical.  For God has His ways and now man are coming up with their own ways (Isaiah 55:8).

 

Imagine the death of a mother and accessing a cloud file with her ‘brain’ being able to talk to her, ask questions, just as before.  Same could be said with parents and their children or a husband and wife.  Honestly, just the aspect of such thoughts makes me desire to weep for the solution to ALL of these problems rest clearly in Jesus Christ (John 14:6), why won’t they go to Him for a real eternal solution (Matthew 18:11).

 

For the dead in Christ will live (Daniel 12:1-3) and those who are family members and also in Christ will be able to reunite for all eternity (1 Thessalonians 4:17).  Why the horror of this world?  Nonetheless, let’s address this right straight on, for the people who are doing this are denying God, they refuse to repent, they refuse to accept His free gift (Ephesians 2:8-10), they are rebels, trying to do things their own way and their own way will be return upon their own heads from a merciful yet mighty God, one who exacts just Judgment upon each single individual from Adam to each person today.

 

“There is a way which seems right to a man, but the end of it is the ways of death.”  Proverbs 14:12

 

“And I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heavens fled away. And there was found no place for them.  And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God. And books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, out of the things which were written in the books.  And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one, according to their works.  And Death and Hades were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death.  And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the Lake of Fire.”  Revelation 20:11-15

 

Trying to skirt God, through a hardened heart (Hebrews 3:15), a belief in evolution (Romans 1:24-32), with the thought that somehow, just because someone could figure out how to upload their memories or their mind, that that is actually the person is totally ignorant of their soul that returns to their Creator (Ecclesiastes 3:21). 

 

That is nor ever will be the individual, despite what their wicked and darkened hearts might think or make others believe.  In fact what it would be is computer software, with memories and perhaps the thoughts and then assumed (AI) thoughts of the person, one of which I wouldn’t hesitate to hit the delete key, even if it was supposedly my own kin, for I believe God, I believe His Word and I will never, never, believe such lies that are blatantly satanic, for they stand in contrast to what the Bible teaches.

 

For, if man can figure out a way to live forever in some sort of transhumanism bible and if indeed they were to be proven true, then the Bible to me would be worthless, they could not coincide, yet I stand to the death believing God and His Word (Job 13:15), for it is before Him that I will stand, as well as each person ever born on the face of this earth, to Him I will give an account (Romans 14:12).

 

Now there is a third issue with this.  There appears to be a discussion that people who take on transhumanist forms could become a ‘god’ with ‘super powers’.  So now there is an argument that the Antichrist would be a transhumanist, calling fire down from the heavens, being able to do all sorts of things, super intelligent, a deviant techno hybrid and this is how he will deceive the world and why they will believe he is God. 

 

Well, I am not going to address every single thing in that last paragraph that is clearly unbiblical in regards to the characteristics, spoken about (prophesied) abilities, etc., there is enough in The End or Repent! books, both available for free on allwillstand.org.  What I am going to do is simply use the Bible to destroy this ideology for those who have ‘ears to hear’ (Matthew 13:43) and ‘eyes to see’ (Revelation 3:18) and put such nonsense to rest quickly and easily.

 

Someone who is in the ‘ruling’ elite know (as they say) and actively a partaker in things related to the transhumanist ‘industry’ would not be in ‘awe’ and wondering why fire comes and ‘life’ is given to the ‘antichrist’ transhumanoid.  With these arguments, of which I have seen, they first misrepresent who calls ‘fire’ down in the sight of men, this is the False Prophet, not the Antichrist (Revelation 13:13), secondly they assume that these sort of things, such as the Antichrist receiving the mortal would but then living, obviously a talking point for the False Prophet (Revelation 13:14-15), but they can only look towards man as using technology to fulfill these things and not what in this case would be allowed by God (Job 1:12; 2:6), as part of His just Judgment against a fallen world, coming from the spiritual realm, that is the demonic angelic realm, that which is of Satan himself (2 Corinthians 11:14).

 

Was the Flood some sort of antediluvian manmade event fulfilled ordeal or do we simply believe God and His Word?  Let’s stick with that. 

 

For that is what the Bible teaches and all throughout His Word there are things that He allows to happen or does Himself, for instance Joshua’s long day (Joshua 10:12-14), Peter walking on water (Matthew 14:28-29), etc.  These are not technological advances that allow the manipulation of God’s Created scientific laws or manipulating of the atomic building blocks, but rather the very Creator doing as He pleases (Isaiah 48:14).  The Creator can mold and alter His Creation, just as Jesus will restore the earth, after His return (Ezekiel 47:8-9). 

 

Finally, as I am sure the minds of those who think such things are already pondering a quick reply, getting their words in order to shut me up. 

 

“He shall not regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women; nor regard any god. For he shall magnify himself above them all.  But in his place he shall honor the god of fortresses, and he shall honor a god whom his fathers did not know, with gold and silver and with precious stones, and desirable things.”  Daniel 11:37-38

 

Quite simple, the Antichrist is human, fully.  I believe God’s Word and this is what it teaches.  All, what is perceived, as ‘super human’ ability is that what is given to this man by Satan (Ephesians 2:2;  Matthew 4:8-10; Daniel 12:7; Revelation 13:5). 

 

While we are on this topic, it has come to my attention, twice now, that this same sort of train of thought also makes assumptions that the mark of the beast (Revelation 13:16-18) is going to be a brain chip that plugs into the hive mind, that is implanted in a person. 

 

Now there is a couple of problems with this.  Let me address the first, which also aligns with the Antichrist and the ideology that he is some sort of transhumanist being, rather than fully human, Created in the image of God, who is given whatever needed power from Satan himself (2 Thessalonians 2:7-10). 

 

In both cases, this is another distraction, the type that I have become familiar with and a stumbling stone (1 Peter 2:7-8) in the minds of those who perceive them.  Trust me, there are many, many such things on an array of topics, not just this one.

 

Essentially in the mind of those who behold such ideas, there is always this idea of being ‘in the know’ and their beliefs oddly always seem futuristic in the fulfillment of these things being able to happen.

 

In essence, what they say, if they believe that the mark of the beast or the Antichrist is connected to technology, you can also read that this technology will be ready somewhere between 2035 – 2050.  So here they are warning the world of ‘what is going to come’, but sitting ‘comfortably’ in their minds with the idea that it is yet futuristic, there is time to warn and prepare, etc., etc.  This is opposite of what the Bible teaches about ‘watching’ and ‘being ready’ (Luke 12:37, 40). 

 

As far as the mark of the beast and this concept that it is connected to a brain chip or even any microchip, well perhaps or perhaps not.  What the Bible does say clearly is that it is ON not IN…this is a serious issue and one thing that I disagree with the KJV Bible, but the VW-edition has it correct.

 

“And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, so that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”  Revelation 13:16-17

 

Now, could it be connected with a chip???  Could the person have ‘the mark’ and then also a chip?  Well the Bible doesn’t say, so neither will I.  What it does say is that the mark will be on the right hand or the forehead, either or and how that works, well I am not sure.  However, for those who are interested, there are invisible tattoos that can easily be placed on someone with a bar code.  Then we can get real interesting with Bill Gates vaccine using luciferase technology that can put a mark, invisible with the naked eye, but easily seen with smart phones for at least five years, using microneedle technology. 

 

As our society advances, until Christ Raptures those of the true Church, we are probably going to see more possibilities that could be out there, but what must be stated is that society by all means appears to be ready to go through that time period, we who are truly Saved, who have truly repented towards God and by faith believed into Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior (Acts 20:21) are to be busy doing His work until He comes (Matthew 24:46; 28:20), while being ready to meet Him in the clouds (1 Thessalonians 4:17).

 

“Do not put your trust in princes, nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help.  His spirit departs, he returns to the earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.  Blessed is he who has the Mighty God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in Jehovah his God, who made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them; who keeps truth forever,  who executes justice for the oppressed, who gives food to the hungry. Jehovah lets loose the prisoners.  Jehovah opens the eyes of the blind; Jehovah raises those who are bowed down; Jehovah loves the righteous.  Jehovah watches over the sojourners; He relieves the fatherless and widow; but the way of the wicked He turns upside down.   Jehovah shall reign forever; Your God, O Zion, from generation to generation. Praise YAH!”  Psalms 146:3-10

 

 

“Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and measured out the heavens with a span?  And who has calculated the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?   Who has directed the Spirit of Jehovah, and what man, as a counselor, has taught Him?  With whom did He take counsel, and who instructed Him and taught Him in the path of justice; and taught Him knowledge, and made known the way of understanding to Him?  Behold, the nations are like a drop in a bucket, and are counted as the fine dust on the scales; behold, He lifts up the islands as a very little thing.”  Isaiah 40:12-15
