“For truly I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the Law till all is fulfilled.” Matthew 5:18 “But the Word of Jehovah was to them, Precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, there a little; that they might go and fall backward, and be broken and snared and caught.” Isaiah 28:13 My understanding about ‘jots’ and ‘tittles’ is that they were the small parts of the written Hebrew language. So therein is the seriousness of how everything will be fulfilled (Isaiah 42:9) right down to the smallest detail is declared. Perhaps I should have used the King James version Bible to write this article, let me explain to you a trapping that I became witness to today. For years there has been this discussion amongst some about the King James onlyist ‘cult’. I briefly studied these things out, myself at the time using the 1769 Authorized King James version of the Bible, pondering when I was younger whether I should be using the 1611 version. So from my research and collaboration with the man who taught me so much about the Bible, the conclusions about why some of the KJV-only crowd were wrong were the following: 1.) The other day All Will Stand received an email from the company that broadcasts the radio program. A snippet from that email is as follows: “We are delighted to inform you that your program, All Will Stand, has been reviewed and found to be of exceptional quality. Your teaching of the Scriptures is refreshing and much needed in today’s culture. We appreciate the depth of your message’s content, while still presenting it in a way that is simple to comprehend & apply.” While the article/chapter titled “Out of What One Has” has not yet been produced and Lord-willing it will be, this was also an invitation to expand the program through all available outlets that they have. However, such a thing is certainly in the Lord’s hands, according to His will. I haven’t had something quite this telling happen in years and I am just going to assume that this happened years ago and perhaps was not even still active??? However, if you take a look at the subdomain that my supposedly ‘spook free’ email account had, what a telling thing! Apparently, my guess is that every single email that has ever been sent via this account was probably compromised! I happened at a stop light where there was a man around my age, full of tattoos, mean looking dude, with his woman driving their car. “For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?” Matthew 16:26 A preacher can write, preach, warn, rebuke, exhort often, but how many actually take heed to whatever is done honorable and according to the will of God regarding these things that mankind needs to know? Certainly it can be discouraging. Long before my first article ever written on All Will Stand, there were fiery conversations that were had at my local job. We would debate back and forth about all sorts of topics from the girl who thought God was in everything, to the manager who thought that the charismatic movement was correct, as well as speaking in tongues, to the one who was Roman Catholic and believed that to be the right path to the atheist who said there was no God. There were those who thought women preachers were allowed, some who thought that christian rock was the way to go. Then there was the couple who actually got Saved while I was working there, believe it or not, as the closer (and eventually night manager) at a McDonald’s. All of these conversations were had and each day, even with different viewpoints, we debated and both parties, myself and the other, would come in with their ‘evidence’ to present to the other trying to prove our cases. You shall die this year, because you have taught rebellion against Jehovah.” Jeremiah 28:16 “Do not be led astray: Evil company corrupts good character.” 1st Corinthians 15:33 “You shall not follow the majority in doing evil;”… Exodus 23:2a The Bible talks about a coming time of God’s just justice coming to the world and to that which is called Babylon (Revelation 17 – 19). Part of that entity includes the arts, which would therefore include Hollywood. (Side Note: “They shall come upon you in their fullness for the multitude of your sorceries, and for the great power of your enchantments.” Isaiah 47:9 This is also speaking of the same entity in Revelation 17 & 18. Now consider the ‘great power of your enchantments’ and ponder what has happened to our society. This isn’t just the movies, but we must remember that when God’s Word states something, it is 100% accurate, absolute truth and in our minds we have the tendency to believe His Word, yet still harvest disbelief.
