Onlyist

“For truly I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the Law till all is fulfilled.”  Matthew 5:18   “But the Word of Jehovah was to them, Precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, there a little; that they might go and fall backward, and be broken and snared and caught.”  Isaiah 28:13   My understanding about ‘jots’ and ‘tittles’ is that they were the small parts of the written Hebrew language.  So therein is the seriousness of how everything will be fulfilled (Isaiah 42:9) right down to the smallest detail is declared.   Perhaps I should have used the King James version Bible to write this article, let me explain to you a trapping that I became witness to today.   For years there has been this discussion amongst some about the King James onlyist ‘cult’.  I briefly studied these things out, myself at the time using the 1769 Authorized King James version of the Bible, pondering when I was younger whether I should be using the 1611 version.  So from my research and collaboration with the man who taught me so much about the Bible, the conclusions about why some of the KJV-only crowd were wrong were the following:   1.) Some believe that it is ‘infallible’ as if it is the original Holy Spirit propelled men (2 Peter 1:21) in the Hebrew/Aramaic/Greek.  Some believe it is without any error.   2.) In most cases, as I am at least aware of, most KJV-only people tend...

Good Stewards

“And above all things have fervent love for one another, for love will cover a multitude of sins.  Be hospitable to one another without murmuring.  As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.  If anyone speaks, let him speak as the words of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the strength which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory and might forever and ever. Amen.”   One thing that we must remember is that all Christians represent Christ and are in Christ (Romans 6:11).  We are His good stewards and this outward behavior of stewardship should be evident to all, Saved or unsaved.  Let’s start with the definition of what it means to be a steward, a word not used so often anymore:   Steward, n. — A man intrusted with the management of the household or estate of another; especially, among the wealthy, one employed to manage the domestic affairs, superintend the servants, collect the rents or income, keep the accounts.     Stewardly, a. – Provident; attentive; economical.  (Prov.Eng.)     Webster’s Universities Dictionary Unabridged, 1942     We are intrusted with the affairs, not of this world (2 Timothy 2:4), but the affairs where our heavenly citizenship is at (Philippians 3:20).  We are servants of Jesus Christ.   “No one is able to serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will hold to the one and despise the...

Archived Shows

The other day All Will Stand received an email from the company that broadcasts the radio program.  A snippet from that email is as follows:   “We are delighted to inform you that your program, All Will Stand, has been reviewed and found to be of exceptional quality.  Your teaching of the Scriptures is refreshing and much needed in today’s culture.  We appreciate the depth of your message’s content, while still presenting it in a way that is simple to comprehend & apply.”   While the article/chapter titled “Out of What One Has” has not yet been produced and Lord-willing it will be, this was also an invitation to expand the program through all available outlets that they have.  However, such a thing is certainly in the Lord’s hands, according to His will.  However, in essence, the program can go ‘worldwide’ with archived shows and the cost is certainly within the means of this ministry.  😉   ARCHIVED...

Are You Still There?

“Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled. Who among them can declare this and cause us to hear former things? Let them bring out their witnesses, that they may be justified; or let them hear, and say, It is true.”  Isaiah 43:9   For over the past year I have been trying to figure out exactly what has changed and pondering how they did it, for in doing so, the interest in serious Bible studies, Bible prophecy, the Rapture, the Tribulation, the Antichrist, the Second Coming, the Battle of Armageddon, the mark of the beast, all of these sorts of things have also diminished greatly compared to the sphere of influence that they once had.   There comes a point where a servant of Christ must ponder whether or not it is time to ‘shake the dust’ (Matthew 10:14; Mark 6:11; Luke 9:5) and move along to others who will hear?    Though there are times where God calls someone to preach, even in the following circumstances:   “As for them, whether they hear or whether they forbear; for they are a rebellious house; yet they will know that a prophet has been among them.  And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them nor be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns are with you and you dwell among scorpions; do not be afraid of their words or dismayed by their looks, though they are a rebellious house.  You shall speak My Words to them, whether they will hear or whether they will forbear, for they are most rebellious.” ...

I haven’t had something quite this telling happen in years and I am just going to assume that this happened years ago and perhaps was not even still active???   However, if you take a look at the subdomain that my supposedly ‘spook free’ email account had, what a telling thing!  Apparently, my guess is that every single email that has ever been sent via this account was probably compromised!   Well that is the way technology works, pretty much no guarantees of any sort of anonymity.  So who setup the ‘omnipresent.neomailbox.ch’ subdomain?   Wasn’t me, was it my ‘friends’ at the NSA or the CIA?   “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;” … Psalms 23:5   Come Lord Jesus!   Tim     Received: from [127.0.0.1] (helo=s4.neomailbox.net) by s5.neomailbox.net with esmtp (envelope-from <support@neomailbox.com>) id <EDITED> for <EDITED>; Wed, 25 Oct 2023 17:11:22 +0200 Received: from _exim by s4.neomailbox.net with procmailed (envelope-from <support@neomailbox.com>) id <EDITED> for <EDITED>@neomailbox.ch; Wed, 25 Oct 2023 17:11:21 +0200 Received: from [<EDITED>] (helo=s1.neomailbox.com) by s4.neomailbox.net with esmtps (<EDITED>) (envelope-from <support@neomailbox.com>) id <EDITED> for <EDITED>@neomailbox.ch; Wed, 25 Oct 2023 17:11:19 +0200 Subject: Re: Change Primary Email To: <EDITED>@neomailbox.ch References: <20231005073339.Horde.<EDITED>@www.neomailbox.ch> From: Neomailbox Customer Support <support@neomailbox.com> Date: Wed, 25 Oct 2023 10:11:21 -0500 MIME-Version: 1.0 In-Reply-To: <20231005073339.Horde.<EDITED>@www.neomailbox.ch> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Content-Language: en-US X-SA-Score: -2.8 Message-Id: <<EDITED>@s4.neomailbox.net>   Hi Tim   We can change your username to “<EDITED>“. Culmination: Armageddon

“And I saw Heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.  His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.  And He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.  And the armies in Heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and pure, followed Him on white horses.  And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He might strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.  And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.  And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of the heavens, Come and gather together for the supper of the great God,  that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of commanders, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.  And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army.   And the beast was captured, and with...

Down to the Pit

“And they sailed to the country of the Gadarenes, which is across from Galilee.  And when He stepped out onto the land, there met Him a certain man from the city who had demons for a long time. And he wore no clothes, nor did he live in a house but among the tombs.  When he saw Jesus, he cried out, fell down before Him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with You, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg You, do not torment me!  For He had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For it had often seized him, and he was kept under guard, bound with chains and shackles; and he broke the bonds and was driven by the demons into the wilderness.  Jesus asked him, saying, What is your name? And he said, Legion, because many demons had entered him.  And they begged Him that He would not command them to go out into the abyss.  Now a herd of many swine was feeding there on the mountain. So they begged Him that He would permit them to enter them. And He permitted them. Then the demons went out of the man and entered the swine, and the herd ran violently down the steep place into the lake and drowned.”  Luke 8:26-33   We are going to take a look at an interesting aspect and turn it into a little lesson here that any individual reading this might ponder, regarding their own lives.    In verse 31 of Luke chapter 8, you have the demons...

You Must Actually Fail

“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”  Hebrews 11:6   The problem with faith is that you must actually fail.  Too often when we run into obstacles where our faith is and will certainly be tested (1 Peter 1:7), we can easily come to the conclusion that we are wrong or our faith is in vain…in certain cases we can even think that that even the foundations are gone!  (Psalms 11:3)   “But the children of Israel committed a trespass regarding the devoted things, for Achan the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, took of the devoted things; so the anger of Jehovah burned against the children of Israel.  Now Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is next to Beth Aven, to the east of Bethel, and spoke to them, saying, Go up and spy out the land. And the men went up and spied out Ai.  And they returned to Joshua and said to him, Do not let all the people go up, but let about two or three thousand men go up and strike Ai. Do not make all the people toil there, for they are few.  So about three thousand men went up there from the people, but they fled before the men of Ai.  And the men of Ai struck down about thirty-six men, for they chased them from before the gate as far as Shebarim, and struck...

The Dead Stirred Up

“Sheol from below is excited over you, to meet you at your coming. It stirs up the dead for you, all the chief of the earth. It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.  All of them shall speak and say to you, Are you also as weak as we?  Have you become like us?  Your arrogance is brought down to Sheol, and the noise of your lutes. The maggot is spread under you, and the worms cover you.  How you are fallen from the heavens, O shining one, son of the morning!  How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations!  For you have said in your heart, I will ascend into the heavens, I will exalt my throne above the stars of the Mighty God; I will also sit on the mount of the appointed assembly, in the recesses of the north.  I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High.  Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, to the recesses of the Pit.  Those who see you shall stare at you and consider diligently, saying, Is this the man who made the earth to tremble; who shook kingdoms; who made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed its cities; who did not open the house for his prisoners?”  Isaiah 14:9-17   Now this is interesting indeed and something that very few people ever hear about.  Just a little more thought into the following verse:   “So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil...

“I ain’t worried about it dawg.”

“The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.”  Proverbs 1:7   I was out driving around one evening recently in the north side of Rapid City, South Dakota, heading into the downtown district.  I happened at a stop light where there was a man around my age, full of tattoos, mean looking dude, with his woman driving their car.   Their car was booming from the bass of the speakers, shaking the windows a bit and I took a glance over at this gangster who glared back at me, thinking to say something, one of those things were you feel the nudging of the heart from the Holy Spirit, but your not quite sure, but I take off, getting stopped at a light just a couple of blocks away.  They pull up next to me again.   This time I put my window down and look over.  He looks my way again and I say to him…   “It’s all fun and games, but what are you going to do in the end?”   He looks back and hollers, “I ain’t worried about it dawg.”   He started to say something else, if I could guess it was asking what I was going to do, but the light had turned green and the driver of this car turned left, while I was making a right.   Oh…my heart goes out to that man, that God would grant him the opportunity to continue to hear the Gospel, to consider, to perhaps repent towards God and by faith believe into Jesus Christ as His...

In Exchange for Nothing

“For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?”  Matthew 16:26   A preacher can write, preach, warn, rebuke, exhort often, but how many actually take heed to whatever is done honorable and according to the will of God regarding these things that mankind needs to know?  Certainly it can be discouraging.   Long before my first article ever written on All Will Stand, there were fiery conversations that were had at my local job.  We would debate back and forth about all sorts of topics from the girl who thought God was in everything, to the manager who thought that the charismatic movement was correct, as well as speaking in tongues, to the one who was Roman Catholic and believed that to be the right path to the atheist who said there was no God.    There were those who thought women preachers were allowed, some who thought that christian rock was the way to go.  Then there was the couple who actually got Saved while I was working there, believe it or not, as the closer (and eventually night manager) at a McDonald’s.  All of these conversations were had and each day, even with different viewpoints, we debated and both parties, myself and the other, would come in with their ‘evidence’ to present to the other trying to prove our cases.  While my arguments based upon the Bible might not have been accepted, there was not a single ‘lost’ argument, I had help, a good friend...

Disconnect

“And I will give to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.  These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth.  And if anyone tries to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone tries to harm them, he must be killed in this manner.  These have authority to shut the heavens, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have authority over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with every plague, as often as they desire.  And when they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them.  And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.  And those from the peoples, tribes, tongues, and nations will see their dead bodies three and a half days, and not allow their dead bodies to be put into graves.  And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them, make merry, and send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.  And after three and a half days the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood on their feet, and great terror fell on those who saw them.  And they heard a loud voice out of Heaven saying to them, Come up here. And...

Many Wounded

“For the love of money is a root of all evils, for which some being greedy, have strayed from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.”  1st Timothy 6:10   “If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin not unto death, he shall ask, and He will give him life for those who commit sin not unto death. There is sin unto death. I do not say that he should ask about that.  All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not unto death.”  1st John 5:16-17   “Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord comes.   But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief comes, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be dug through.  Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man comes at an hour you do not expect.  Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made administrator over his household, to give them food in due season?  Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing.  Truly, I say to you that he will appoint him as administrator over all his possessions.  But if that wicked servant says in his heart, My master delays his coming, and begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards, the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not expecting him and in an hour he does not know, and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the...

Reminders of Hollywood

“Therefore thus says Jehovah, Behold, I will drive you from off the face of the earth. You shall die this year, because you have taught rebellion against Jehovah.”  Jeremiah 28:16   “Do not be led astray: Evil company corrupts good character.”  1st Corinthians 15:33   “You shall not follow the majority in doing evil;”…  Exodus 23:2a The Bible talks about a coming time of God’s just justice coming to the world and to that which is called Babylon (Revelation 17 – 19).  Part of that entity includes the arts, which would therefore include Hollywood.  (Side Note: “They shall come upon you in their fullness for the multitude of your sorceries, and for the great power of your enchantments.”  Isaiah 47:9  This is also speaking of the same entity in Revelation 17 & 18. Now consider the ‘great power of your enchantments’ and ponder what has happened to our society.  This isn’t just the movies, but we must remember that when God’s Word states something, it is 100% accurate, absolute truth and in our minds we have the tendency to believe His Word, yet still harvest disbelief. Just as I believed when I was younger that evil communication would corrupt good manners, I added an * to that belief.  I thought that because I knew better and was smarter than that, that it did not apply to me.  No rather, let God be true (Romans 3:4) for it did matter and I was the one who was becoming corrupted.  So too, I have heard that the music industry, back when the now revived vinyl industry had it’s stronghold on American...

God’s Rewards Program

“And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to what his work shall be.”  Revelation 22:12   My hands have been busy doing much work recently.  While the following might sound strange and perhaps it is, over the years I have found myself understanding person after person in the Bible and having experienced similar things, gaining a deeper understanding of what is recorded for us in the Holy Scriptures regarding these people.  In this particular case, where I now have some additional understanding is with Solomon.   “I said in my heart, Come now, I will test you with mirth; therefore regard pleasure; and this was vanity.   I said of laughter, It is madness; and of mirth, What does it accomplish?   I sought in my heart to gratify my flesh with wine, while leading my heart with wisdom; and to lay hold on folly, until I might find out what was good for the sons of men to do under the heavens all the days of their life.   I made my works great; I built houses for myself; I planted vineyards for myself.  I made gardens and orchards for myself, and I planted trees in them, of all kinds of fruit.  I made pools of water for myself, to water the forest springing up with trees.  I have bought slaves and maids, and had servants born in my house; I also had more livestock, herds and flocks, than all were before me in Jerusalem.  I also gathered silver and gold to myself, and the treasure of kings and of...
